Usain Bolt destroyed his own world record in the 200m final tonight at the World Championships in Berlin. He took 0.11 seconds of the record to run it in 19.19 seconds and admitted afterwards that he was tired before the race. He also destroyed his 100m world record on Tuesday taking it from 9.67sec down to 9.58sec. He is so much better than anyone who has ever run before him. When he retires, his records will stand for a very long time. But before then, who knows what he is capable of.

He is also a real entertainer, the photo shows him performing his trademark pose with the games mascot.
