My New Sigma

So I finally got the Sigma 10-20mm!
It arrived to my office at 8:55am today. It was straight out of the box and making my office look sexy within seconds. It's stunning and I love it.

As well as being w--i--d--e, it gives zinging colours, and can handle contrast waaaaaaay better than my 17-85mm. I've never seen such a healthy-looking histogram. It's a beautiful thing.

On the downside I did almost fall in the Ouse at one point, and I missed two buses - was probably taking photos of them.

I know this blip doesn't really demonstrate any of the above (and no, this isn't the point when I almost fell in) but it's my journal and I'll post not-very-wide-looking, b&w, lens-flarey, confusing-looking photos if I want to ;)
