Yoga - Róisín style

Róisín was off school today so I looked up some "Yoga for kids" on YouTube. I know nothing about yoga but after nearly an hour she showed me her tree, downward dog, frog, plane, hammer and this balance (sort of balance!). I'm pretty sure she's not doing any long-term damage and I'm bookmarking these pages for the next day I have a sick child!
