A ruin of epic proportions remains half finished here, half way up the cliff on this side of the harbor. There are a lot of ruins that are part way reconstructed due to one reason or other, this one stopped after an argument from what we can gather. However when we win the big one and smoothed things over with a million or so this would be a fine place to own.
