Flourless chocolate cake

I expanded my baking horizon by attempting a flourless chocolate cake for my boss' birthday. It was amazingly easy and gave true meaning to the phrase, "death by chocolate."

Served with homemade whipped cream (also my first time) - it was really good if I do say so!
