Candle lighter

Addi was picked to be the candle lighter(at preschool) during chapel today. I was so proud of her! After they light the candles all the kids go up front and sing. Addi is usually not very fond of this. Except today after she lit the candles she stayed up there the whole time! I was in shock! Especially after I told her in the car ride over that she didn't have to stand up there if she didn't want to. I guess the reverse psychology worked? It was almost like the big responsibility of lighting the candle gave her a boost of confidence.
