The Nurse comes up Trumps

Still lethargic and grumbling with the cold in my head (reaching its peak, I hope ) I stumbled through the day assisted by the patient and understanding nurse, (wife Olive). I will not relate what she had to put up with but it usually pretty taxing!
So, grateful thanks to her; and especially since she came home late in the evening from her floral art class with a creation that screamed at me. . . . look at the detail and cast aside the corny, romantic -Last Rose of Summer- which was my fallback entry.
