Quick iPhone shot tonight, it's camera club

This lady was clearly in pain as I sat opposite her. I did check to see if she was OK, she had pulled a muscle sneezing.

On another note, some colleagues/suppliers at work have stepped up to the plate to help and I mentioned this to one of their colleagues, it made her day.

Also a friend has had a tough week so I am taking her some flowers tonight to cheer her up.

On the flip side, a blip friend SueL7 knows of my soft spot for Robins (my dad was called Robin). So she sent me a shot of a robin she took yesterday as she knew it would make me smile.
