Great British Bake Off - Couronne

After watching the bake off last night and seeing the recipe for the technical challenge online, I decided that I might as well give it a go. Worse comes to worse I'll end up with a pile of yummy dough. It turned out pretty well in the end though. And oh boy, does it taste - good that is. I don't think this will last past tomorrow. Tempted just to eat this for lunch, would that be called gluttony?

Also made a carrot cake while this baby was rising. Haven't started on that yet, but I feel like I might need to go quite a few more long bike rides at this rate.
