Off into the fog

It was supposed to be a sunny warm day in Duluth, but the fog rolled in. It was 54 and foggy when I left to go golfing at Hidden Greens which is about 45 min southeast of Duluth. Stopped at Canal Park when I saw the bridge go up and caught this ore carrier as it was leaving the Canal. It was sunny and 64 when I got to Hidden Greens and was 72 when I left. Felt more like summer than fall. Played 9 holes with Diane. It was great! When I got back to Duluth the fog was even thicker and hadn't warmed up one bit. Our house is about 1 mile up the hill from the lake and was right on the edge of the fog. It's sunny now but still cool and every once in a while the fog drifts back in.
Sure am glad I decided to go golfing.
