Behar Grrr

So tonight a rant. New carpet fitted by Behar. Love the carpet but cannot believe the mess they have left behind. The carpet cuttings were just dumped in a corner and the brand new carpet is covered in tiny shards of carpet, as is the hall. I've called and been advised this is their standard service!!! Cue me explaining why that just isn't good enough and next time I'll go elsewhere. I was fobbed off and told to email head office. Blood is boiling!!! I've hoovered for 20 mins and only got about a third of it done.
