Smelly Feet and some randomly haunted shoes

We finally went back to the gym yesterday (the first time since I fell down the stairs at the gym and ended up on crutches for a really long time) . Didn't go too bad, no problems til I stepped in a pothole today and twisted it. But a couple of hours of soaking it in a bucket of soapy water and (touch wood) it seems to be ok.

Anyhoo the trainers are now in a heap on the floor. Now all we need is to keep going to the gym and not fall down the stairs.lol.

Also for some reason the first shot of the trainers mine were glowing. Maybe they're haunted. Ooh err. Some people will try anything to avoid the gym . Somehow I don't thinlk Carl will buy the old haunted trainers excuse.
