Porcini Risotto

OK so this is not a Porcini risotto...but it is the correct picture! You see, although a Porcini risotto tastes magnificent, it does not look very good. So, instead, I have taken a picture of the most important ingredient of any risotto: the glass of red wine to enjoy while making the risotto!
