Flying Visit

This hedgerow plant (anyone know what it is?) seemed to be particularly attractive to passing flies when I went out for a stroll, having spent most of the afternoon cooking in preparation for friends coming for dinner tomorrow.

A fortnight ago, we spent a more relaxing afternoon on our own flying visit toTurtle Island.
