Woolshed Falls

Today I drove to Melbourne but visited several towns and areas of interest along the way including this place called, 'Woolshed Falls' near the beautiful Victorian town of Beechworth. This is in fact my first ever attempt of taking a photo of a waterfall.....or running water for that matter. My aim was to blur the water as best as I could while still keeping everything else in focus, and on that front I think I have succeeded. I really like this photo a lot for various reasons but the colours on the rocks, the contrast with the trees and then a further contrast with the sky & clouds add detail to the picture for me.
