Sawing Out Fish Pond Solid with Aquatic Plants!!!!

This is a 14' by 6' by 2' deep fish pond which is so overgrown with aquatic plants we actually have to roll a bit back and saw it out!!! You can see at the other end the cubes that we have got out after two hours work, cannot believe how heavy it is, you can walk on it and there is this water still underneath. No fish left but plenty of frogs, must try and get a blip but usually too wet to handle camera. Do you think it will get easier? :)
