Pain to Society
That's what the graffiti said on the train car which had just rolled past him. He was sitting beside the tracks with a couple of buddies. He says he has a drug past, and the molecular diagrams on his arm are part of that past. Now he works on a 200 acre farm operated by the Denver Rescue Mission.
Down the tracks, a couple of guys fashioning art from plates, spikes and other metal collected beside the train tracks. Sometimes, they used the train to flatten metal. I am a sucker for homeless art so I bought a creation.
Lots of color in Fort Collins today. Last day of teaching at CSU for this term.
