Over The Top

We went furniture shopping today in one of my favorite Bloomington shops. It's a quirky place full of unusual things. This is a sideboard that is all intricate detail and color. It's about six-feet long and a spectacular piece of furniture. I particularly like the little person on the left. I wouldn't buy it even if I had the $2,000 it cost, but I liked the colors and the detail.

We had lunch at the local Steak and Shake, a retro diner with great burgers and milkshakes. It was enough of a meal to last for the whole day. I almost blipped the burger Rob got but thought someone might think I had a food obsession if I did, considering that I've blipped food twice since I got here.

Tomorrow we leave for Boston and I'm really excited. Rob has booked us into a hotel right near the Public Garden so I'm expecting to be overwhelmed with photo ops, but I can handle it -- I think.
