The Potager

Today we visited the exquisite gardens of the Manoir d'Eyrignac. The 16th century manoir itself is handsome, though lived in and you can't see inside. The gardens are stunning; a combination of formal French designs and the more informal Italian styles. For me, it was the potager that caught my eye. A beautiful combination of fruit, flowers and vegetables, immaculately laid out and maintained. Even the willow boundary fence was beautiful. Perfection. I want one!
