Fire and Destruction....

The old shed went up in flames as did the lounge carpet and most everything that could be burned that was hanging around the garden, not much smoke and what there was, was dispersed by the large conifers in the garden.

Mrs BM wasn't feeling too good today so we didn't do too much in the house, I managed the final coat of Silk paint in the Lounge as well as touching up the coving from yesterday.
I fitted two new sockets and managed to remover one door ready to paint tomorrow, I put it in the garage on top of the two workmates.

We fetched five lamp shades three red and two cream for the hall and landing, the red ones for lounge and dining room. We also managed to find two blinds, one vertical and one roller, they will be fitted later in the week.
Off tomorrow to buy a carpet for the lounge, I hope the remnant is still there. 23'x13' quite a big remnant and it will fit great.
