Another "One to watch".

I haven't checked back, but I have a feeling I mentioned that, when the tree-butcher attacked our "plantation" he used the argument "Look, they're all dead in the middle."
I didn't disillusion him in his spiel.

"Them as knows" will tell you that ... while some evergreens will refresh if cut back past the green, there are others which "willn't".

I have a suspicion that
A) The owner of this hedge was unaware of that piece of info.
B) This is one of the ones which "willn't".

We shall see.

Fortunately (?) it appears to be on his/her side of the property-line.
