Oh we Do Love To Be Beside The Sea Side!

Hubby went off to work this morning in the thick fog, Teen went off to school 30 mins later still thick fog! I took my time getting ready and the Sun burnt off the thick fog leaving a beautiful hot sunny day. I sort of have my walking mojo back so I got my backpack an apple and a bottle of water and my Nikon and went a walking.. I headed to Rottingdean only 3 miles with the intention of walking the 3 miles home.. I reached Rottingdean and sat on the beach to drink my water and eat my apple then realised I wasn't actually feeling very well, remembering I was only at the hospital 24 hours earlier!
My phone rang and luckily it was hubby on the way home from work so he met me at the bus stop and travelled home together.. I looked in the mirror as I walked into the house and noticed my face was swollen duhhhhh!!!
I'm good this evening, obviously pounding the streets was not a good idea!
