School trip

Today I dressed as a 1940s land girl!!! Only I may add cos was told to. "We must all dress up, adults as well." Says teacher. "Oh great!" Says other staff excitedly. " it's going to be great." Hmmmmmmmm Well I looked a complete tit idiot. 'Twas a marvellous day though. We all trundled orf to The Severn Valley Railway, all being the whole of years 3 & 4! We had a marvellous steam train ride. Then a day of experiencing what life was like in WW11. Not keen I have to say, life was hard! Brilliant guides and staff there, even though I'm sure I saw some sniggering at me!!! Back on the train and orf back home....only to find TWW lounging on my kitchen sofa demanding a coffee. Life 'eh?
