galette
We have an amazing local catering company that sells individual galettes at the Market and sometimes I just have to have one. They had the recipe in the Globe and Mail one weekend and I've been trying to make it ever since. Why is it that you follow the recipe to the letter but my pastry is just never as good as theirs? Guess I'll just have to keep practicing, practicing! Had company for dinner and it was pretty good though!
