There and back again

Back in sunny East Devon

This morning before we left the moor we felt compelled to go back to see if we could hear the barking dog we heard yesterday but it was, all quiet and although we shouted and whistled we heard nothing. Local friends we consulted advised us that more that likely it would be home by now so we called it a day. While standing there in the mist I reminded Mrs M that this was the place one of the Dartmoor Rangers, swears she saw a large cat like animal whilst walking her dog.

After lunch we made our way home to beautiful sunshine and the farmer in the field behind the house picking up his second cutting of silage. I have just watched one man and his tractor load 17 of these large bales onto his trailer, hooked his tractor to the trailer and away, fantastic!
