Heritage Day

Always great to have a public holiday, even if it lands on a Tuesday; makes for a nice short week.

Today is Heritage Day which basically celebrates the diversity of South African people.

On our way out for lunch we stopped at a grocery store where their staff were proudly showing off the costumes of their respective homelands.

Left to right is Khosa, Zulu and Sotho.

Can't imagine seeing such a display at Tesco's or Aldi's!
