Burton Bradstock
It was a gloriously sunny day when we climbed the hill at Hive Beach for this view over Burton Bradstock in West Dorset. The old part of the village (out of view to the left) is a typical 'chocolate box' village.
My Big Stopper had arrived just in time for the trip - I rather liked the blurred and ghost like effect the slow shutter had on the clouds.
It was quite windy on top of the hill, so we stopped off for lunch at the Hive Beach Cafe where I warmed up with a cup of hot chocolate and the most amazing homemade plum and almond cake - so moist and delicious.
