Mo's picture story

Who will buy ...?

My father was given this piano in the 1970s and my sister learned to play on it.

In the 80s and 90s, Son2, the Jazzman, made good use of it. But as is the way of things, he left and it stayed. It sits, silent and sad, in the dining room. Frankly, it's a shelf for my favourite photos.

I have no idea if it is worth anything. I know age doesn't matter with some instruments but this is also traditional-looking, metal framed and still has stickers on the keys that read, variously, "Bari sax" "Bass Bone" "tenor sax' etc

Here is one of the photos I'm sending to a dealer. I have a terrible feeling that he'll say "Thanks but no thanks"

Kindling, anyone?
