What a beautiful end to summer!

Spent the final day of our long weekend with a visit to West Beach, which was a first for either of us, despite Littlehampton being a family destination for many decades.

It was stunning; a site of special scientific interest, with protected dunes and rare wildlife (including sand lizards, which we were lucky enough to glimpse).
It's actually a bit of a walk from the town centre, but that meant we only had to share the entire beach with a handful of others. A spot of lunch at the cafe and an ice cream followed before heading home.

Can I do this every Monday please?
