One of the freedoms of retirement, we are finding out, is being able to drive 150 miles in the afternoon to catch our granddaughter's volleyball game. What a blast watching these kids play. They lost in two sets, but it was still worth the full day's drive, down and back. Our girls are pretty athletic, gym rats really, and very competitive. Grace, serving here, has always been the light-hearted, free spirit, skipping most places while on a court or field. She's still light-hearted, and a little goofy, but she is becoming a force at any sport she chooses. I'm pretty sure she has my legs. Hey, Gracie - I love to watch you play!
