Standing down

Attended my last PTA meeting as chair tonight...phew! Have enjoyed my 2 years in charge, but more than happy to let a new, energised person step forward. Hadn't realised how much the meetings drag on when you're not the one holding court!! Must learn to look interested....even when brain is switching off!! Had a pretty good day until I got the phone all at 2pm to say imi had been sick!!! According to her, she'd had a bit of a cough, which led to said incident and going by her demolishing 2 plates of pasta and double apple crumble for tea....I'd say she's ok! Think I've got to keep her off tomorrow though..
