Chilling

Reasonably busy day today but I had time for a quick blip when I jumped off the bus into town.

Didn't have long to chill at home myself as I hed to get down to the Taekwon Do gym for a photo shoot for teh people who will be competing in the world championships n Spain at the end of the month, then it was onto Lifeboat training where we went through Launch and recovery a few times.
