I Dare You

.... I double dog dare you - just try to mess with my clam.

Not sure what kind of bird this is (help me out here, blipmates) but when I wandered onto the beach at the Davis Island boat basin, he was hard at work digging up a clam and wasn't about to let anyone mess with the spoils of his hard labor.

Another day down in Tampa. Lousy weather (and light) though I did manage to get this shot in along with a few others before the torrential rains hit and stuck around. It was a terrible two hour drive home.

A full day so only enough time to post a blip - will catch up with your journals tomorrow, I promise ... and the adventure continues.
