Raymond Blanc's apple and blackberry crumble again but without the blackberries as the walk to the allotment felt too far. And without the crumble! Oh and made with brown sugar as we were low on caster sugar. To be fair, he might not have recognised that I even started from his recipe but it was still lush served with clotted cream ice cream. Didn't leave the house today but managed a fair bit of domestic stuff considering and am starting to feel human again this evening. All good. Vx
