Loaf

Productive day. Path doused with weed killer, windows cleaned, and a cracking loaf of bread baked. Turned out well this time thanks to Paul Hollywood. Read a bit of his book at the weekend in Forres. The ingredients were slightly different to my recipe, I hadn't been kneading it enough, and I'd been trying to rush the raising and proving process. It took much longer to make - around four hours - but worth it.

Back to work tomorrow.
