Apples ...Don't Say Anything

I think I might stop blipping on Mondays. In general, it's always the hardest day of the week to find something nice to say... and somewhere in the style of "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" lessons my mother taught me when I was a kid, there was something about "if you haven't got anything nice to say...(I think you know how this ends)"
