Fishing boat in Ullapool

Glorious day, warm and sunny. Drove Ben and Margaret over to Ullapool. It took an hour and a half, longer than it should have because we were stuck behind 2 transporters with police escorts. They were loaded with wind turbine parts, probably heading for the islands. The ferries to the Hebrides leave from the pier at Ullapool.
We had fish and chips for lunch, caught locally, delicious. Ullapool was very quiet, it was lovely just sitting watching the world go by whilst B and M browsed in the gift shops.
