Hedgerow fruit

In Scotland we definitely do not call these blackberries we call them brambles. I'm unsure why this is the case but it's always been this way.

I think it's amazing the amount of berries, apples and other fruits that grow in our climate during the summer months. It would be great to have more time to can and preserve them for the winter however convenience and a lack of time always seems to kick in.

Trying apple and bramble jelly with these!
