Nice flight , nice team on board and thoroughly enjoyable, however...... On landing, Heathrow showed how far it is from being a world class airport, 20 min delay for steps and bus. 30 mins through customs and 10 min waiting for a lift at the car park (no stairs!). All in all, 1 hour from landing to driving away on a Saturday morning, with hand baggage only. Come on UK, we can do better than this shambles!
