Good old Delia!

My sister in law and husband are staying tomorrow night before flying out to Italy on Wednesday morning. I need a reliable pud that I can prepare today and just put it in the oven so that we have more time to spend together and to stop me having a nervous breakdown as s-i-l is a legend in the kitchen! This is Delia Smith's Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding which now soaks for 24 hours in the fridge before cooking. It never fails!
