Dougal and Florence

It is too wet for us to sit on the grass, which I might say, needs cutting, so me and Florence are sitting on Mum’s car roof. There is no sunshine and it is a dull and dreary day. Mum says that is because it is autumn, whatever that is, we do not like it, but she says it will get colder and wetter and maybe it will snow during the winter. She likes snow, but I do not think me and Florence will like it.

PS - Please do not worry about Florence’s closed eye, she was born like this, the vet says it is okay and it does not hurt her.
