More running

Being the major sports fan that I am, the world championships in athletics are major event to me. Obviously I support the Finns, such as Jukka Keskisalo in the men's 3 000 metres steeplechase. Unfortunately we didn't get a medal to Finland this time but a fairly nice run anyway.
