Lentils!

Still felt a bit rough when I woke up this morning but felt better as the day went on. Was dreading the journey home as there is a Celtic match on in Glasgow and also a U2 concert tonight at Hampden so was expecting the traffic heading westbound to be awful, but it wasn't too bad (and was better than last night)!

Even so, I still fancied a quick and easy to cook meal tonight so out came my 20 year old trusty student cookbook - I'm sad to say, my cooking skills haven't improved much since those days haha! So it's the old tried and tested lentil and cheese pudding for me this evening!
