Devil's Food Butterscotch Toffee Cookies

Today was a lazy day spent at home. I made breakfast, a batch of cookies, vacuumed the whole house, did the dishes, hung up a wall worth of Halloween decorations, watched football, made two more Halloween banners, cooked dinner, decorated another area of the house, & watched some tv. Yup, a lazy Sunday.
