It's All About Me!

I'm a fairly sociable girl.

Not quite 'butterfly' status - but sociable enough!

I'm also very, very precious about 'me' time.

The balance works for me and hopefully for those who know me well!

Quality time by myself is particularly important when I know that I need to regroup.

Last week was busy.

This week will be much the same.

I've spent quite a bit of this weekend on my own - today more so.

I had to go to the office this morning - just for an hour before setting off for London.

There were increasing levels of satisfaction as I walked through an empty car park and into a very quiet building!

The train ride was painless and I even managed a couple of movies.

I had dinner with a colleague upon arrival and some good chat.

Balance is restored to the force.
