Festival Life

Two little boys having a great and naughty time at Melfest - note the ice creamy mouths and balloon swords. These two were amongst the many free range children (and dogs) having a fab time at the festival. The day started in thick fog and mizzle and things did not look good but miraculously, at around 2pm the skies cleared and a wonderful day was had by all. 13 bands, a marquee and small stage in the Tin pub itself, face painting, weird shapes with balloons and mad creativity (!) for the smallies; organic ice creams, tea and cakes, plenty of the black stuff , Wok About for when you got really hungry and most sublime of all - massages! I had one, adminstered by a statuesque Dutch girl and boy could she give it a bit of welly!
Too wrecked to blip after all that!
