Chocolate snow cake!

It was our job to provide the dessert for today's braai at wee Mags.

Given that we went from full summer back to winter virtually overnight as a result of the snow in Ceres it seemed appropriate to put together this little bundle of calories.

It's actually not that sweet a cake despite the frosting being made with marshmallows.

There was not much left when it was time to come home so I guess it hit the spot along with the Chantilly Cream.
