New car

Odd start to the day. Charlotte would only go downstairs with daddy, it was supposed to be daddy's turn for a lie in so I ended up going down too! Charlotte managed to run into an open drawer which made her understandably very upset, it didn't draw blood but she was inconsolable for some time. Breakfast required being spoon fed whilst sitting on daddy's lap whilst watching cbeebies! (Think we may have been conned into this). Daddy went off to do the tortoise health checks and we stayed here and played. I was messing about on eBay listing a few things etc and thought I would see if there were any little tikes cars near us. Luck would have it there was one in Malvern, no bids and 10 minutes to go. I placed a bid of £10 thinking never in a month of Sundays would we get it, but we did. £7.50! Bargain. It's lived outside so it's faded a little but as it will live outside here, it's perfect. Charlotte has had such fun playing in it this afternoon, she was very proud when she showed it to daddy. Went and fed the ducks this afternoon, very civilised. Bumped into two of the NCT mummies who had also had the same idea. Work tomorrow. Boooooo
