I don't get it, the falcons don't either, see them circling in a menacing fashion. This was all part of our urban generation a few years ago, to make the town centre more attractive to chain stores. Guess what? (It worked). They also moved a building brick by brick from beside the railway, and turned it into a part Laura Ashley part identikit pizzaria.
