Rus in Urbe

Whenever possible, I'd prefer my walks to have a purpose to them rather than just be walks for the sake of walking, but this isn't always possible (indeed, more often than not, it isn't). I was hugely unoriginal today, despite my earlier intention to get the DART to Howth and do my walking there. Instead of that, I just retraced my steps from yesterday and walked along the Malahide Road down to Fairview and back.

Once again I passed by yesterday's blip spot, and then came to the school on the corner of Griffith Avenue (St Ciarán's, is it?). The playing fields are right on the corner, and I'm sure have been eyed greedily by developers for a long time -- well, maybe not any more now that the bubbles burst.
